file and should work just
fine for almost everyone,
but if you have a problem,
you can download the free
Viewer software at www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
- Print the form and keep
it handy as you view our
various products.
- When you decide which
products you want, simply
check off the appropriate
options and enter the
appropriate prices on
the form in pen.
- Once you're done, enter
the totals, fill out all
fields on the form, sign
and date it at the bottom.
- Fax the completed form
back to us at 925-417-7046.
We will contact you to

business and to gather
information we need to
customize our products

Shipping and Handling
We have a standard shipping
& handling fee of $25
for each order. However, some
items do not require shipping,
such as websites, animated
presentations (normally sent
to by email), and Premium
or Enhanced Listings on VendOperator.com.
If none of the products you
are ordering require shipping,
simply cross off the $25 fee
and complete the rest of the
form.
